Every pool cover we sell is custom made. Here is how we measure, depending on the shape of your pool, before ordering from the supplier.
Rectangular pool
Standard rectangular pools are the simplest to cover. Measure the widest and longest points inside the coping. We order with a 100mm tolerance for perfect fit.
Freeform or kidney
Freeform pools need a full template measure. We bring a flexible template, trace the exact shape, and cut the cover material to that contour at the factory.
L-shape or Roman end
Complex shapes require two-piece covers with an overlap seam. This is common in older Roodepoort pools from the 1980s and 1990s builds we service weekly.
Spa or plunge pool
Small pools below 3m x 3m use off-the-shelf sizes cut to fit. We stock standard sizes at both branches for same-day collection on smaller jobs.
