Do you supply and install pool covers?
Yes. We source and install pool covers at both our Roodepoort and Nelspruit branches. Every cover is measured on site and custom-ordered to fit your pool exactly. No generic sizing. We handle everything from the measure to the installation.
Which type of pool cover is best?
It depends on your priorities. For heat retention and cost savings, a thermal blanket is the most affordable option. For keeping your pool completely clean and algae-free, a solid PVC cover works best. For convenience and safety combined, an automatic slatted cover is the premium choice. Safety nets are essential if you have young children or pets.
Are your safety nets compliant with SANS standards?
Yes. All our safety nets are installed to SANS 10134 standards. They are spring-tensioned to support the weight of a child or pet, while allowing rainwater to drain through. We supply a compliance certificate with every installation.
How long does a pool cover last?
Thermal blankets last 2 to 4 years depending on sun exposure and chemical levels. Solid PVC covers last 5 to 8 years with proper care. Automatic slatted covers last 10+ years with regular servicing. Safety nets last 5 to 8 years before the mesh needs replacing. We carry replacement parts for all types.
