How do I find the right replacement part?
The easiest way is to bring the old or broken part to either branch. We will match it by sight, measurement, or brand reference. If you cannot remove the part, take a photo showing the brand name, model number, and any visible part numbers. WhatsApp it to us and we will identify it for you.
Do you stock spares for all pump brands?
We carry parts for Kreepy Krauly, Baracuda, Quality, and Pentair as standard. For less common brands, we can usually source parts within a few days. The most commonly needed spares like mechanical seals, impellers, and capacitors are always in stock.
Can I do pool plumbing repairs myself?
Simple replacements like o-rings, gaskets, and barrel unions are straightforward for most homeowners. For anything involving PVC solvent welding or re-plumbing, we recommend getting a professional unless you have experience. We are happy to talk you through the process and let you decide.
Do you sell pool plumbing pipe?
Yes. We stock Class 12 and Class 16 PVC pressure pipe in 40mm and 50mm diameters. Available in standard lengths or cut to size. We also carry the solvent cement and primer for PVC joints.
