Accurate pH measurement to keep your water balanced. Too high and chlorine stops working. Too low and it corrodes your equipment. We get it right.
Free Chlorine Testing
We measure free available chlorine, not just total chlorine. That tells you how much sanitising power your water actually has.
Alkalinity Testing
Total alkalinity acts as a buffer for pH. If it drifts, everything else follows. We measure it precisely and tell you exactly how to correct it.
Stabiliser (CYA) Testing
Cyanuric acid protects chlorine from UV breakdown, but too much locks chlorine up. We check your CYA level and advise on the right range.
Calcium Hardness Testing
Low calcium eats away at plaster and grout. High calcium causes scale buildup on tiles and equipment. We measure it and give you a clear action plan.
Metal and TDS Testing
Iron, copper, and total dissolved solids. These cause staining, discolouration, and equipment damage. Home kits can't test for these. We can.

Walk in to either branch
No appointment needed. Bring your sample during trading hours. Weekdays 08:00 to 17:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00.

Results in 5 to 10 minutes. You walk out with a printed report showing every parameter and exact dosing instructions for your pool.

Water Testing FAQ
How often should I test my pool water?
Every 2 to 4 weeks during the swimming season. Weekly in summer when the pool gets heavy use and UV breaks down chlorine faster. In winter, monthly is usually enough. Bring in a sample any time you notice cloudiness, colour changes, or irritation.
What does your test check that home kits don't?
Home test strips measure pH and chlorine, but they can't detect metals (iron, copper), phosphates, TDS, or calcium hardness accurately. Our professional testing equipment gives precise readings on all of these, which matters when diagnosing persistent problems like staining, cloudy water, or green pool that won't clear.
Do I need an appointment for water testing?
No. Walk in during trading hours. Weekdays 08:00 to 17:00, Saturdays 09:00 to 13:00. Testing is done while you wait. Bring a 500ml sample from elbow depth, taken from the middle of the pool.
How long does the test take?
5 to 10 minutes while you wait. You leave with a printed report that shows every parameter tested, where your levels sit, and exactly what to add and how much. If you need chemicals, we stock everything on-site.
