What equipment do you repair?
Pumps, filters (sand, cartridge, and DE), salt chlorinators, automatic cleaners (Kreepy Krauly, Baracuda, and others), timers, controllers, valves, and multiports. If it's part of your pool's circulation or sanitation system, we can diagnose and repair it.
Do you do on-site repairs?
Yes, for most equipment. Pumps, filters, and chlorinators are usually repaired on-site. Some items like automatic cleaners and multiport valves are easier to repair in the shop. We'll advise on the best option when you contact us.
How much does equipment repair cost?
It depends on the equipment and the fault. Simple part swaps cost less than full cell replacements or motor work. We always diagnose and quote before starting, so there are no surprises. WhatsApp us with details and we can give you a rough idea before you bring it in.
Do you repair old or discontinued equipment?
Yes. We carry a wide range of spares for older models and can usually source parts within a few days. If a part is truly unavailable, we'll recommend the most compatible replacement unit. Ridd's has been in the pool industry for over 50 years, so we've seen most models come and go.
